Introducing the Revolutionary
Needle Pile™
How can you safely raise low portions of a slab foundation?
Problems with current approaches:
- On expansive soils, foam injection carries extreme risk of exacerbated future heave
- Current pile technology requires coring 8” holes in slabs for each pile
- On unreinforced slabs (and holes) piles must be placed 4 feet on center. This effectively destroys the slab
- Current pile technology is over engineered and not cost effective (30,000 lb capacity for 900 lb load) and as a result too expensive for slabs.
Benefits of Needle Pile™
- Can be installed with small equipment like air impact drills.
- Installation is very fast with only a few minutes per pile.
- Piles have a 5000 lb capacity
- Materials less than $200 per pile
- The slab at each pile can be raised or lowered at any point

Problems with current technologies
You have a thin unreinforced slab that needs releveling. Currently options are: Foam injection. Helical or Push piers. If the soil under the slab has expansive clays, foam injection can create horrible future heave risk or settlement.
Slab piers require 8” diameter holes to be drilled for each pier. 4” unreinforced slabs require close spacing in both directions. Some manufactures have recommended 5 feet(!) and 4 feet is commonly used. Holes this large spaced so closely effectively destroy the integrity of slab. Even at 4 foot spacing the span is shaky at best and likely to have creep problems with cracking.
In addition to this typical helical piers have a 30,000 pound capacity and have an installed price between $1800 and $2500 each. With a large area to repair, this can get very expensive quickly. An example is a relatively small area of 1000 sf would require 62 piles with a 4 foot spacing. This usually never flies with homeowners for a part of the home that is a nonstructural component. Installing 62 piles is also a time consuming proposition that would be invasive for homeowners.
Introducing Needle Pile
The Future of Foundation & Structural Repair
What is Needle Pile™?
Needle Pile™ is a unique floor raising and stabilization micro pile that interfaces with a concrete slab with only 2 ½” holes as opposed to the 8” coring currently required. It is installed with small battery powered equipment and inexpensive parts. The labor is fast and easy. This enables shorter spacing between piles and cost effective slab stabilization and raising in expansive soils.
How Needle Pile™ Works
Needle Pile™ features a minimally invasive micro-piling system that reinforces structures without major disruption. By efficiently distributing weight, it stabilizes concrete, secures fencing, and strengthens foundations—all with less excavation and disturbance.
How Needle Pile™ Differs from Traditional Piles
- Micro-Piling Technology
Traditional piles, such as push piers or helical piers, often require larger equipment, deeper penetration, and higher load capacities than necessary for certain applications. Needle Pile™ uses a micro-piling system that is optimized for lighter loads, allowing for precise weight distribution without over-engineering the solution. - Load Distribution Efficiency
While conventional piles concentrate load support at fewer points, Needle Pile™ is designed to distribute weight across multiple smaller piles, reducing stress on individual support points and mitigating settlement risk. - Minimal Intrusion & Faster Installation
Traditional piles often require large-diameter holes, heavy equipment, or significant soil displacement. Needle Pile™ utilizes smaller access points and lightweight installation tools, making it less invasive while achieving the same or better stabilization. - Versatility in Application
Unlike standard piers designed primarily for large structural loads, Needle Pile™ is effective for both foundation stabilization and smaller structures like fencing and driveways. This adaptability sets it apart from conventional deep foundation solutions.
